Event Details

Science advisor, Donna Nelson, will speak at UAB about her experiences as an advisor for the hit show Breaking Bad and her universal goal of ending bad science portrayed in TV and film. In addition, she is a highly honored  professor of chemistry at Oklahoma University performing research involving nanoscience and functionalizing single walled carbon nanotubes.

TICKETS ARE FREE! Event is open to all students, faculty, and staff. However, due to capacity restrictions, we can only admit the first 275 people that register. Register NOW!  If there are any problems with this site, please email percival@uab.edu for assistance.
