Science advisor, Donna Nelson, will speak at UAB about her experiences as an advisor for the hit show Breaking Bad and her universal goal of ending bad science portrayed in TV and film. In addition, she is a highly honored professor of chemistry at Oklahoma University performing research involving nanoscience and functionalizing single walled carbon nanotubes.
