Woodworking - In this activity your child will build a project to take home utilizing materials such as wood, glue, small nails and small hand tools. Assistance will be provided as needed.

Kid Quest Jr. Leader - 12:30 - 5:30
Communicate and coordinate with support volunteers for activities for the chilldren from birth through 4 years old. Must have a love for children, want to hold and comfort them, play games with them, clean up after them.

Must have a love for children, want to hold and comfort them, play games with them, clean up after them, perform diaper changes and potty trips. This person needs to be someone who is focused 100% of time on the children. Must follow Leader's directions and perform all required tasks.

Runners-Activity Leader-12:00 - 6:00
The Activity Leader for the runners coordinates the activities of the runners to ensure the event runs smoothly. For example, on the day of the event, they could station runners in the halls to ensure children get from point A to point B safely and that an adult is with them at all times , including at drop-off and pick-up times. They could also be responsible for setting up and putting away chairs or tables. They may assist children with bathroom breaks. Miscellaneous tasks may be assigned.

Assist Two-On-One leaders in providing relief for the two-on-one volunteers. They may assist children with bathroom breaks. Miscellaneous tasks may be assigned. Since this position involves direct involvement with children, a background check form should be completed ASAP to insure clearance prior to the Breakaway event.

Communicate with Two-on-one leader throughout day. Support one child with another volunteer throughout the day. Assist with bathroom breaks, keep child safe and within eyesight. Assist child with assigned activities or "go with the flow" as the child chooses.

A BIG THANK YOU for serving at our February Breakaway Event!  We appreciate your willingness and your servant heart for wanting to minister to these families in such a wonderful way.  We look forward to seeing all that God has in store for these families!

We have outlined volunteer positions above, but please note that miscellaneous tasks may be assigned, so we hope that you can be "flexible" if necessary. 

Please read the Activitity Description carefully to insure you are aware of all requirements for that position.
