MARY DAVIS HOLT is our guest speaker and a partner at Flynn Heath Holt Leadership (FHHL) whose goal is to move women and organizations forward, faster. Mary is also co-author of the leadership book, Break Your Own Rules: How to Change the Patterns of Thinking That Block Women’s Paths to Power. Prior to joining FHHL, Mary was Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Time Life, Inc. and president of Time Life Books and Time Life Kids. Mary earned a B.A. from Salem College, an M.B.A. from New York University’s Graduate Business School. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Coaching certificate program from Georgetown University.
ELIZABETH GRIFFITH is our moderator and a veteran executive in the nonprofit and higher education space. She has led change at Monticello, the Phillips Collection, National Public Radio, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, and Georgetown University, with roles including operations, finance, strategy, and marketing. Most recently, Elizabeth led the new Georgetown MBA Evening Program to the #11 ranking in the country. She is currently Senior Associate Dean of MBA Marketing and New Program Development at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business.
