Executive Coaching is defined as a one-on-one confidential relationship that supports, encourages and challenges leaders to move forward and take action. It is designed to bring out your best, both personally and professionally, while providing a safe space for exploring your strengths and moving beyond your roadblocks. No longer do you need to feel isolated and alone with mounting challenges. NorthSky is offering 6 months of coaching for individuals in leadership positions. In addition to this, coaching is also being offered to board chairs and executive directors (together) helping them set goals, increase communications, overcome obstacles, strengthen teamwork and move the organization forward. If you are interested in learning more about how coaching can impact you and your organization, join us for this information session. Partial scholarships are available for the executive coaching program.
Feel free to bring your lunch.
