This workshop will take you through the steps of grinding wheat to kneading and baking artisan sourdough bread. Our guest baker will be Rob Southerland, owner of Good Dirt. Rob will share his special techniques for making a chewy crisp crust surrounding a fluffy flavorful middle. I’ve tasted his freshly baked bread and trust me, you don’t want to miss this class!
We’ll play around with different specialty herbal butters to use on our bread once it emerges from the oven.
We will also discuss the best kind of equipment to use for making your own artisan bread at home.
