Ready to do a little shopping in Old Town AND support your favorite charity at the same time? We're proud to be part of Old Town Boutique District's 3rd annual "Boutiques Give Back Day."

Simply make a purchase on Saturday, May 18 and we'll give a portion of your purchase to the Alzheimer's Association National Capital Area Chapter or any other nonprofit you choose! If your favorite charity is one of the 1,000,000+ registered with the IRS, it is automatically eligible to benefit.

Named the DC Metro's Best Consignment Store by Washingtonian Magazine and the Washington Post Express, Mint Condition stocks an ever-changing inventory of current women’s clothing, handbags, shoes and jewelry – All in a fresh boutique atmosphere. Visit our fabulous NEW location to find recent, seasonal styles by Tory Burch, DVF, Milly, J. Crew, Marc Jacobs, Lilly Pulitzer, Kate Spade, Chanel, Louis Vuitton and many more all at a fraction of retail price!

The Alzheimer's Association National Capital Area Chapter provides help and hope to half a million people impacted by Alzheimer's and related disorders - those diagnosed, their families and care partners - including approximately 80,000 people with dementia in the District of Columbia, suburban Maryland and Northern Virginia.
