Description

Educator: Camille Broderick | Ever since "Sideways," Pinot Noir has been the grape that can do no wrong. Over the last few years, Pinot Grigio has become nearly synonymous with "easy-drinking white wine."What makes the Pinot family of grapes so drinkable? And why is just about every wine producing country on the planet trying to grow some kind of Pinot? Explore these questions and much more in this interactive tasting class where you'll learn about Pinot Grigio and its alter ego, Pinot Gris, you'll taste Pinot Noir in both its red and white forms, and get to know cousin Pinot Blanc/Bianco. In the process, you will learn basic wine tasting skills and how to describe the different personalities of these wines. Get ready to put what you learn into practice with Chef Aran's inspired cuisine.
