Join The Boston Comedy Festival at the Preliminary round of a nationwide stand-up competition. Ninety-six, bright-eyed comics from all over the country compete for $10,000 dollars in prize money. When it's over, there will be one comic standing with a nice little bag of money and a ton of bragging rights.

Mehran has toured with Maz Jobrani's Brown and Friendly Tourand in his first year competing, ranked in the top 8 in the Boston International Comedy Festival.
He recently headlined and hosted a sold-out show in San Francisco called "No Gays In Iran"and was voted Boston's best comedian for 2010 by the readers of the Boston Phoenix.In August 2010, he produced the cabaret comedy show "Criscotheque" at the American Repertory Theater's Club Oberon.

Joe Wong headlined the Radio and TV Correspondents’ Dinner where he roasted vice president Joe Biden. He made multiple appearances on the David Letterman and Ellen Degeneres shows.
Joe’s life has been very boring except two surprises in 2010. He went to the Great American Comedy Festival and won the competition there. Then he became Boston Comedian of the Year, after failing to become Boise Idaho comedian of the year.
