To celebrate BOSF’s 20th anniversary of fun, fur, and fundraising, we have many events planned during Dore Alley weekend. The cornerstone of “Dore Alley Bear Blow-out” will be Saturday afternoon’s double feature of the popular murder comedy, Where the Bears Are Season 1 & 2.
Come over to the 9th Street Independent Film Center in SoMa after Saturday’s Bear Brunch for an afternoon of laughs and snacks. The reception area will open at 1:00 pm and Season 1 of Where the Bears Are will begin at 1:30.
Advanced tickets begin at $10 for BOSF members and $12 for non-members. We do have limited seating, so make sure to get your tickets before they sell out. There will also be affordable snacks available before and during the screenings.
All money raised goes directly to our 2014-15 beneficiaries: LYRIC, Lavender Seniors, Rainbow Honor Walk, AIDS Legal Referral Panel. Watching, laughing, eating, and enjoying the films all goes directly back to great community organizations in the Bay Area.
