At the Boston Wine School, we believe the best way to understand wine is with food. When you start to put wine together with food and start to think about wine like food, the whole range of what you can do with wine expands.
This special night of wine and food - limited to only 12 students - represents a grand comparative tour of California's most modern style with France's most famously classic wine: Meritage versus Bordeaux. We'll begin with an interactive tasting class focusing on blended wines from California and France. You'll learn the fundamental difference between New World and Old World style wines, between Merlot and Cabernet, and more. After class, we'll stroll next door to Sonoma Restaurant for a three-course pairing dinner.
Join us for the ultimate in virtual wine tourism as we taste our way from West Coast to Left Bank in just one night.
