Bay Area native Rosie Herrera is coming out for a special ONE DAY ONLY event to share with you her weight loss journey. She lost over 100 pounds of unwanted FAT in the course of 4 years and has made her fitness/nutrition a Lifestyle and not just some fad! Come join us as she gives us a great morning work out, Bootcamp style (movements can be modified so do not fear!) and then immediatly followed by a FREE nutrition overview with tips, free supplement samples, and ways you can stay on track even with your busy lifestyle.
We are spliting this event up into 2 time slots:
8:00am-9:00am - IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY ON THE 90 DAY CHALLENGE, COME TO THIS SESSION
10am-11am - OPEN TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN AMAZING WORKOUT/NUTRITION OVERVIEW
