Body Lab Workshop and Tour of Practice
Learn how to prevent your aches and pains daily at a stretching and strengthening workshop. Designed for people who want to prevent joint or muscle injury, restriction, or pain, this workshop will include a discussion, yoga, self-massage instruction, and breathing techniques to give you the tools you need to help improve your condition. The workshop will be led by a medical provider and health coach from Collective Primary Care, the medical practice exclusively serving the Freelancers Medical program.
After the workshop, get a tour of Collective Primary Care and learn more about the Freelancers Medical program. You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions about the program and learn how to join.
