Recreating the James Beard Experience

Chef Francis Hogan and the Bluestem Brasserie team are taking an American Road Trip this summer. Final destination: the renowned James Beard House in New York City, where Chef Francis will have the honor of preparing a dinner on Friday, June 20th.

For those unable to join us in New York, we will be recreating the James Beard experience here in San Francisco for a limited group at Bluestem on Wednesday, July 23rd. The evening will begin with an hors d'oeuvres reception on our outdoor terrace followed by the complete six-course tasting menu and wine pairings on our mezzanine. This unique experience will be available to 30 guests for $125 (inclusive of the reception, six-course dinner, wine pairings, tax, and gratuity).
