Lynchburg , VA
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
Are you looking to plan a sweet 16 party, meeting, family reunion, corporate event, rehearsal dinner, anniversary party or even a wedding? Whether you have an event to plan or are just curious about seeing Lynchburg's downtown venues, come to our self guided venue tour!
Craddock Terry Hotel & Event Center - Make this your first stop as you check in and peruse event spaces, which are perfect for your function. The history of this hotel and event center is vital to Lynchburg, and the rooms are spacious... you will fall in love with the stone walls peppered throughout. Also, enjoy food by Shoemaker's as you mingle with vendors.
Riverviews Artspace - The large windows and unique spaces (including brick and stone wall interiors!) make this venue a fascinating place to hold an event. Vendors (including caterers!) will be peppered throughout as you veiw the many options available at this location.
The White Hart Cafe - Well known as a stop for a bite to eat and a great cup of coffee, this cafe offers an event space in the back that is perfect for showers, meetings or even just a fun girl's night out. Stop in, view their space and receive a complimentary cup of coffee as they extend their hours just for our tour!
In addition to touring, each location will have vendors ready to assist you with your planning needs! Whether you need a caterer for your holiday party or a photographer to document your event, be sure to check out our quality vendors listed below at each stop.
