Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes. If you would be so kind. If you are having trouble printing be sure to bring a picture ID with the same name as the ticket(s) are purchased under.
Do I check-in with the box office if I purchased my tickets online?
We ask that you do so that you can receive your bar credit/drink coupon. We will have this available for you under your First & Last name.
What time does the Castle Theatre open?
The doors open at 7PM. The show begins at 8PM.
Are the seats reserved?
Only for groups of 10 or more. Call us (504) 287-4707 if you have a large group, and we will accommodate you. Otherwise it is General Admission. I have to say - there is not a bad seat in the house - PROMISE!
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
For this show 18 and older.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Free parking across from The Castle Theatre on Williams Blvd.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
We have a full service cash bar. So please don't sneak anything in. We're all adults here - ha!
