Blend Your Own Bordeaux Wine Dinner at Bubble

Join us for a wine-blending dinner, featuring Bordeaux-style wines from Trinchero Family Estates in the Napa Valley. During a sumptuous dinner, paired with four Trinchero estate grown, single-vineyard varietal wines, guests will learn how master blenders hone their craft and palate to create a final cuvée. The tasting will be guided by Josh Beasley, CSW with Trinchero Family Estates and Empire Distributors of Charlotte .
Bubble will prepare four courses, paired with four Trinchero varietals--Petite Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The estate has a long and strong reputation for producing exceptional Bordeaux-style wines. Trinchero is perhaps best known for its iconic Meritage, a juicy and skillful blend of its vineyards’ finest barrels in exceptional vintages.
With their senses heightened and their expertise sharpened four times over, guests are invited during the dessert course to assemble their own blend into a carafe, which will then be tasted by Cindy, Chef and Shirley.
Prizes will be awarded for the top blend and best blend name!
