a multi-course farm-to-table dinner experience
Blackbelly's founder and award winning Chef Hosea Rosenberg, winner of Bravo’s Top Chef Season Five, is bringing his culinary excellence to Isabelle Farm on July 23rd! In support of the local farm community, our mission is to provide the perfect farm to table event experience through unparalleled service and an unforgettable custom menu using the most seasonal local ingredients we can find. In fact, we source most of our ingredients from our own Blackbelly Farm, where we raise our own pigs and lamb. In addition, we'll showcase Isabelle Farm's fresh produce on our multi-course menu.
All events are BYOB. We are will be working with Natural Wine Company and Liquor Mart to select wines that pair perfectly with this seasonal menu. Check back for a link to your wine selections soon!
