The Leadership Skills program graduates have learned focus and concentration skills
which can result in better grades.  Confidence to develop a “Yes !  I can attitude”.
And finally, Self-Defense skills so they can AVOID the bully.  And of course have
FUN – kids love It.

The Kick Boxing graduates will show their agility, flexibility and the techniques learned.

The Family Martial Arts program incorporates Kenpo Ju Jitsu and the healing arts
of the Dan Zan Ryu Ju Jitsu system along with the master key elements of Kali-Silat

parents can train side-by-side with their children – all enjoying the journey to
Black Belt and beyond.

Master Mac Kay’s passion for the Martial Arts is an on-going, life-time journey.  He
trained with the likes of Guro Dan Inosanto (student of Bruce Lee Sr.), Grand Master
Edmund C. Parker, and Grand Master Robert Trias.
