Join us for a celebration of the great hero of sexual, spiritual, and literary freedom who grew up in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. As part of the Big Sur - Brooklyn Bridge Event, we will look at Miller's relationship to a Community of the Free Spirit and the development of Williamsburg and Big Sur.

The Henry Miller Memorial Library announces “Big Sur Brooklyn Bridge" (May 12-19th): a week’s-worth of art, comedy, music, and movies in Miller’s old neighborhood of Williamsburg, anchored by a pop-up bookstore at the City Reliquary that will include rare original manuscripts, letters, books, and more!!

The Henry Miller Memorial Library is a a public beneﬁt, non-proﬁt 501 (c) 3 organization championing the literary, artistic and cultural contributions of the late writer, artist, and Big Sur resident Henry Miller.
