Big Sur Brooklyn Bridge Opening Night Party!!

Big Sur/Brooklyn Bridge night of poetry, prose and music (by Philip DeGruy) is hosted by Ping-Pong, a journal of art and literature published by the Henry Miller Memorial Library, the Coney Island performance festival Parachute, and the Brooklyn-based poetry blog: poetrycrush, at the City Reliquary.
Speakers include Jonathan Ames, Todd Colby, Amanda Deutch, Maggie Estep, Christine Hamm, Becka Klaver, J. Hope Stein, Maria Garcia Teutsch, Edwin Torres, and more. Click HERE for the full program.
The evening will also include artist Tim Youd who will be "performing" selections from "Tropic of Cancer" on his typewriter and Phil DeGruy on Guitarp.
Beer provided by Brooklyn Brewery. $10-20 suggested donation. Space is limited!
The Henry Miller Memorial Library announces “Big Sur Brooklyn Bridge" (May 12-19th): a week’s-worth of art, comedy, music, and movies in Miller’s old neighborhood of Williamsburg, anchored by a pop-up bookstore at the City Reliquary that will include rare original manuscripts, letters, books, and more!!
