It’s quite possible, it’s much healthier, and yes—it’s just as delicious and decadent as a standard roasted bird, slicked with butter and flanked by gut-busting side dishes. Give thanks this year with a clean, lean, plant-based holiday feast brimming with color, flavor, and texture. Come get hands-on, and see how rewarding (and tasty!) it can be to celebrate Thanksgiving without the day-after guilt.
