Set in an anonymous Nigerian city, Confusion Na Wa is a dark comedy about a group of strangers whose fates become intertwined over the course of 24 hours. At the heart of everything is a phone found by two opportunist wasters, who, having read through the contents, decide to blackmail the owner. Their misdemeanors set in motion a chain of events that will lead to a shattering end. Confusion Na Wa was winner of the ‘Best Picture’ category at the 2013 African Movie Academy Awards.

BETX Film Festival Admission 

Admission to the BETX film program is free, however, screening tickets are required to access each film. Tickets to all 9 BETX films are available to the general public with advance RSVP, and seating is on a first come, first serve basis. Physical tickets will be issued upon arrival (to those on the Film RSVP lists) at the BETX check-in table located on the lobby level of the Regal Cinemas L.A. Live on June 28, 2014. Please arrive to the theater early to claim your seats, as queued lines will form 30 mins prior to showtime. Limit (2) tickets per person, per reservation.
