In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn how to make their own raw chocolate ganaches, sauces, and ultra-rich European style cocoa mixes from master chocolatier Brian Wallace. We'll start off by learning some basic techniques, tasting some luscious molten chocolate, nut butters, and spices along the way. Once we have an idea of what the basic recipe tastes like, participants will craft their own spice and flavor blends to take home with them to use as toppings for fresh berries, raw and baked desserts, ice creams, crepes, and more.
