On behalf of The Art Institute, we wanted to thank you all for supporting the culinary department and participating in this dinner event hosted by our Art Culinaire class. The Art Culinaire Class is hosting a fundraiser for the Culinary competition teams and department called the "Best of Art Culinaire Dinner". It features styles from the varying Chefs that are studied throughout the quarter. Each dish is painstakingly practiced and thought through, with new and modern techniques and flavors in mind. Our goal is to raise $2000 that evening. We are asking for a $30 donation per person for the 8 course dinner. We sincerely thank you for your support and are so happy to have you join us for this event! Menu Follows:
* Marble Beer Bread with Mornay Sauce
* Fennel Salad with Hard Candied Grapefruit and Crispy Avocado
* Lemon Verbena Pasta, Confit Teardrop Tomatoes and Oyster Mushrooms
* Modern Fish and Chips
* Intermezzo: Carbonated Tropical Fruit
* Korea Town Chicken and Waffles: Kimchi Waffle and Sweet and Spicy Fried Chicken
* Moroccan Pork Tenderloin, Date glace, Artichoke fritter, Mint caviar
* Coconut, Compressed Pineapple and Passion Fruit Sweet Finish

Please be aware that our menu may have ingredients that contain nuts, dairy and/or seafood. Customers concerned with major food allergies need to be aware of this risk. If you have any type of food allergy, we advise that you please refrain from consuming our products. During the evening, we will not be preparing any alternative menu items for specific allergies and/or special diets.

Parking is available adjacent to the building on its east side on Weddington Street. It is $5 after 6pm. There is also street parking available which is free after 6pm.
