The Tuesday session provides the content needed to test for the NM Sampling Technician I or II exam, and is suitable for operators looking for a review of sampling and regulations topics.  Course content includes material from the NM Water Sampling Certification Study Guide.  You can download a free copy of the study guide from the New Mexico Rural Water Association website, www.nmrwa.org/training.php.  Study guides will be available at the training for purchase for $10, and the PowerPoint® slide handouts will be provided at the training.

 

The Wednesday/Thursday session is suitable for an introduction to the basic and intermediate concepts of drinking water system operation, or for operators who are working towards their Small Water, Small Water Advanced, Level 1 or Level 2 certifications.  You can download a free copy of the NM Water Operator Certification Study Guide from the New Mexico Rural Water Association website, www.nmrwa.org/training.php.  Otherwise, study guides will be available at the training for purchase for $15.  Handouts of the Wednesday/Thursday presentations will not be provided; however, you can download them from our website at http://www.nmrwa.org/trsources.php.

 

Please bring a calculator and paper for the math topics.
