Our guest presentation will be branding and public relations specialists Been Cooke and Molly Reynolds.
"One of the biggest problems facing baby-based businesses today is that very few of them know how to brand themselves in the ever-evolving industry. In a saturated market, it is crucial to stand out – not only in the advertising, but also the experience as a whole.
We have worked with countless health care practices, fertility clinics, and small businesses; some of the brightest experts we have ever worked with have admitted that they are entirely clueless when it comes to marketing and publicity. Even if they can get the phones to ring based on their ads, many of those leads do not convert into clients because they have ignored the marketing that is their “office experience” (meaning the staff protocol, office setting, etcetera may be turning the potential clients off).
That’s where we come in. This presentation offers a comprehensive approach to baby business branding that is both effective and easy to execute. The key speakers are:
Ben Cooke, the owner of LUCID, one of the leading publicity firms for aesthetic doctors and one of the founders of The Aesthetic Awards. Ben and his firm work closely with television shows such as The Doctors, Dr. Oz, Good Morning America, The Today Show, among many other local and national platforms. Publicity for pregnancy and baby care providers in 2014 is becoming an absolute must. Ben will speak about practice publicity, media coaching, the power of social media, and crisis management.
Molly Reynolds, a veteran surgical Chief Marketing Officer for highly successful medical businesses (including a busy surgery center and A-list fertility clinics). Her previous career in mainstream advertising gave her a more thoughtful, well-rounded approach to healthcare marketing. For many years, she acted as a “marketing doctor” - going into failing practices and successfully turning them around. As a Marketing Director and Writer, she has been featured in AOL, Everyday Health, The Huffington Post, iVillage.com, and American Health Journal. She will speak about practice marketing and crucial infrastructure.
This interactive workshop will include audience participation throughout and a Q and A following the presentation.
