On May 11, join dynamic duo Forager Lisa Rose and Chef Torrence O’Haire at Sietsema’s Orchard for a delicious meal of spring’s wild edibles to be enjoyed among the blossoms of the apple trees.
Upon arrival you will stroll through the orchard sipping a signature forager cocktail made from the orchard’s own estate cider. Then, from nettles to dandelion greens to redbud blossoms to wild mushrooms, guests will savor a three course, foraged meal* highlighting the finest of the season's wild harvest.
