Tai Chi Pilot Movement Class for Parkinson's Disease

Recent studies have shined light on the benefits of Tai Chi for Parkinson’s disease. We invite you to a special opportunity to experience Tai Chi in a supportive group of people who are living with Parkinson’s.

This evidence-based program can help you with mobility, strength, balance and daily function.  Incorporating this practice into your exercise regimen can decrease your risk of falling.

Instructed by Julie Carda, Geriatric Wellness Brain Fitness Specialist and Certified Instructor for Tai Chi for Better Balance.  This program is offered in partnership with First Presbyterian Church.

This class is offered with free registration. We are happy to welcome donations to support and sustain this and other programs.
