Summer vacation to the Northeast coast of Georgia can include a Beginning Digital Photography class on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at the Country Inn & Suites in Hinesville. The instructor and photographer, Jackie DeBusk, relays digital photography in easy-to-understand terms, providing a hands-on exercise with each concept.
Participants will learn how to take their digital SLR and prosumer or bridge cameras off of auto and begin to creatively apply exposure, metering, and white balance settings, as well as learn about focus area, histograms, and principles of sound composition. Students take home a booklet and quick reference card to reinforce lessons. Nearby attractions in the Hinesville, Fort Stewart, and Savannah areas offer opportunities to practice newfound digital photography skills.
