Beginner Winemaking | Take home 3 bottles at the end of fermentation
This is a hands-on course with a small group. On arrival, we will determine which style of wine to make after discussing favorite wine varieties and tasting a few wines we have made on site. Roll up your sleeves and get the wine started. At the end of this class we will schedule the bottling date, roughly 40 days later. Come back at that time to bottle the wine, apply your personalized labels and finishing foils. Take home 3 full sized bottles!
