The Beer Making Book Tour comes to San Francisco, February 13, in the beautful Hands On Gourmet loft kitchen. It will be a a trifecta of awesome with the The Brooklyn Brew Shop teaming up with Shmaltz Brewing Company and Hands On Gourmet for an evening obsessed with two great loves - food and beer.
The Brooklyn Brew Shop will be brewing up their Spring Lager while Shmaltz Brewing Company shares some of their scrumptios beers and the HOG chefs help you to make beer-inspired cuisine. You'll learn all the steps from grain to suds to get brewing on your stovetop all while enjoying a fantastic evening of cooking and gulping brew.

Moroccan sweet potato pastries
