Brief Overview:


We all get lost in busy-ness and want more control of our Non-Profit Organization (NPO) andour lives. The common mantra of the NPO leaders we speak to is “If I can only put in more hours, I’ll achieve my goals”… Unfortunately, more hours don’t always result in more productivity.

This hands-on, interactive workshop allows participants to face this challenge head-on and gives them the insight and skills needed to become a strategic non-profit leader.

The learning objectives for this workshop are:

Dean Bogues
Dean Bogues is a general management and sales & marketing executive with demonstrated results achieved in world-class companies such as HP, Dell, and APC. He is a motivating leader known for outstanding skills in building new organizations and developing top performers through coaching and mentoring. As the President and Head Coach of The Growth Coach of Austin, a business coaching firm, he utilizes the skills, experience, and learning gained from building 8 product/services businesses ranging in annual revenues from 6.5 million to over 1 billion dollars in small, medium, and large companies worldwide.

Scott Merritt, MBA, CFA
Scott Merritt, MBA, CFA has always had a passion for business. In his mid-20s he advised business owners as a small business lender, while moonlighting as an advisor to franchise owners. During his corporate career in the financial services industry, he led several sales teams to explosive revenue growth. He was CEO/CFO of a scuba resort enterprise in the 1990s, and has coached small business owners to greater success for 20 years. He is Managing Partner of Nevada Distressed Properties and President of North Austin Business Coaching LLC.

Dag Nybo
Dag Nybo is a results oriented entrepreneur with a keen understanding of People, Process, and Performance. He has spent the lion share of his 25 year career in Key leadership roles with marquee high tech firms in both Silicon Valley and Austin. His 20 years of leading and managing employees to highly creative solutions has given him tremendous insight into motivating entrepreneurial employees to peak performance and satisfaction. Further, operating effectively in the high stress and fast paced technology sector has helped Dag better understand the human element and its need for true work-life balance.
