Brief Overview:

We all get lost in busy-ness and want more control of our Non-Profit Organization (NPO) andour lives. The common mantra of the NPO leaders we speak to is “If I can only put in more hours, I’ll achieve my goals”… Unfortunately, more hours don’t always result in more productivity.

This hands-on, interactive workshop allows participants to face this challenge head-on and gives them the insight and skills needed to become a strategic non-profit leader.

The learning objectives for this workshop are:

For you to slow down, reflect, and invest some focused time working “on” your NPO and life, not “in” your NPO.

      Take a “NPO Reality Checkup.”

Challenge your current mindset, assumptions & modes of operation.

Discover critical traps most NPOs fall into.

      Identify overlooked marketing opportunities.

      Sharpen your vision & goals.

Start to create a 90-day strategic plan.

Meet and collaborate with other non-profit leaders.

Experience a small sample of our proven & guaranteed Strategic Mindset ® coaching & accountability process.

Presented by professional business coaches, Dean Bogues, Scott Merritt and Dag Nybo, this workshop will help you become more focused, strategic and successful.

“The GC has helped me to ask the right questions about my business, pulling out the intuitive answers that I already know, adding critical insights, and providing a platform for comparison/contrast with other successful small business owners.  And that last point is KEY - where else could I have gathered folks from other industries and experiences to mine them for business advice in such a dynamic exchange?  The GC has clarified my vision, and my business is already reflecting new strength, growth, and purpose.”-- Michele Sweeten, Austin, TX
