Beach Baby Fitness offers Core Conditioning classes and private sessions in lower Manhattan. Core Conditioning is a balanced workout that focuses on pelvic floor, abdominal retraining, back strengthening, posture, stretching and upper/lower body toning. Yoga Core Conditioning focuses on recovery and strengthening of the core through a creative energizing flow with relaxing restorative poses at the end.
Classes are BYOBABY: mom can bring her baby/toddler to the class and get a great workout. A caregiver supervises the kids in a group within sight of mom so she can focus on exercise. Moms are always welcome without their little ones.
Check out our classes at Gymboree Tribeca, Pine Street School in FiDi, and outdoors in Battery Park City. Private sessions available by appointment.

Beach Baby Fitness
Beach Baby Fitness is a pre/post-natal program designed to help you stay fit during pregnancy and have a strong recovery after birth.
Our classes are BYOBaby! Mom gets a great core workout and has the option to bring her baby or toddler. Each mom is responsible for her own.
Classes focus on abdominal training, pelvic floor, postural exercises, upper/lower body conditioning and stretching. Exercises integrate yoga, Pilates and body weight strength training.
