Event Details

Much has been written about Cloud Computing as a game changer. This event focuses on an aspect of Cloud Computing that has received too little attention: the emergence of the Private Cloud in enterprise computing. It will have a major impact on alliances and the makeup of alliance ecosystems.

At this evening event, we will reveal the significant changes Private Cloud Computing will make on the structure of alliances, including margins, account control, barriers to entry, customer economics, and sales and integration models. We will also discuss resulting challenges to corporate IT as they wrestle with the economic, structural and political issues around traditional IT development and deployment vs. Private Cloud and Hybrid and/or Public Cloud models.

As we enter a new phase of change, don't miss this opportunity to learn how to get ahead of the curve.

Our experts will address such issues as:

  • What can we learn from the effect of past technology and business model disruptions?
  • What are the leading Indicators/drivers of adopters of Private Cloud services?
  • What will be the impact of incumbent on-premise companies vs. new ventures in driving that change?
  • What is the effect of innovation by technology vendors and service providers, separately and collaboratively?
  • How does the alliance ecosystem create value chains as we move from virtualized environments all the way through to self-service provisioning and configuration?
