Each Be "Buff" Camp is structured to maximize fitness training and to minimize any potential injury. This workout is unquestionably the best way to provide the ultimate results in strengthening, weight loss, and building endurance.
Each session features a different workout packed with a selection of exciting and challenging exercises, which include: plyometrics, resistance training, athletics drills, cardio training, speed and agility, and stretching.
All you will need to bring is a mat, water (for hydration), and a towel (for wiping off the sweat). You will also need to wear comfortable, and stable footwear.
I welcome all fitness levels of women (ages 16-55) into our Be "Buff" Camp. This camp is in no way intimidating. Everyone at boot camp wants to be in better physical condition. I push you to do your best to achieve your goals. More often than not, there will be others similar to you.
Each camp will be 60-minutes long and will include free snacks and health information.
WE WILL MEET NEAR THE SWIMMING POOL AT THE BROADWAY AND 242 PARK ENTRANCE. LOOK FOR THE BE BUFF FITNESS BANNER.

Hey there, my name is Irene. I live in NYC, I’m a mom to a rambunctious 7 year-old and a triathlete.
I had been of average weight most of my life. However, when I met my husband in 2001, that changed. Several years, vacations, and a child later, I found myself weighing an obese 232 pounds. I was miserable, so I started working out 2-3 hours each day. Sure, I lost a lot of weight, but there was no way to maintain such a crazy schedule and I kept getting injured because of it and I gained it all back.
I started reading up on health and fitness and learned that small changes can make a difference. I began running again and lost 12 pounds. Not a lot, but I was going in the right direction. In 18 months I dropped 80 pounds, going from a size 1X to a size 8. I running regularly. I have more strength, I have no pains, and most importantly, I am injury free. I’m now living a life I can maintain.

I am now a certified fitness professional who teaches Group Classes, and I help others achieve their goals via Personal Training. I don’t speak in terms of skinny or fat. Instead I aim to get you fit, healthy, and toned while we work on getting rid of the unhealthy habits in our lives.
