This class is for the BBQ lover. We're not talking about grilling, no no no, this is all about the slow and low heat that produces a smokey and tender result. We'll get the fire going then get on some beef brisket, pork butt, pork ribs, and then a brined turkey. As the fire and smoke works it magic, we'll get inside to whip up some of the best sides to go along with our BBQ.

Plan on spending a few hours meeting new friends or come with your group. Class will last 4 hours and ends with a feast that leaves even the biggest appetite satisfied.
