Cooking over fire has been around since human's discovered fire so come to this class for recipes from around the world. This class will focus on techniques as well as recipes and the results will be absolutely smoking. First on the smoke will be a succulent rack of pork ribs with a spice rub that will seal in the juices for you to enjoy. Slow cooked and falling off the bone will be the result. Then we'll focus on grilling lamb, chicken and seafood. Cedar planking imparts a sweet and subtle smoke to salmon and an easy way to feed a crowd. Next is ground lamb kebobs with a Greek Tzatziki sauce. Finally you'll enjoy the flavors of Vietnam with 5 spice chicken with a fish sauce dip. Get ready for summer and great grilling.
