Optimizing LEAN Project Delivery inside the limits of your current contract

This will be a panel, exploring lessons learned including:
How can you achieve LEAN improvements and align your project delivery team inside an existing contract form? Owners will describe the migration their contract forms have moved to, how they have optimized the terms and conditions and stimulated collaboration and integration of the team. They will offer their traditional approaches to project delivery, how and why they have transitioned and what the gains and losses were. Finally they will offer their future predictions of project delivery and contract forms.
