The Basic WebEOC training will provide a two-hour introduction to the Santa Clara County/Op Area custom WebEOC system. You will receive a login and be able to access WebEOC during this hands-on, interactive training. Each student will have access to a computer and the internet. We will walk through the Significant Events process from an individual Position Log to the Op Area Significant Events board. We will explore the Status Reports, and other Menu items, experience Messaging, Chat, and the File Library. We will also review the mapping system and look at the Common Operating Picture capabilities. Once you complete this training you will be able to use WebEOC at the basic level.

All classes listed here are open to all government agencies, affiliated volunteer organizations and private-sector / NGO partners free of charge.
