Monday, March 11, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (PDT)
San Francisco, United States
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
The fast-moving technical world of contracts for raw materials purchasing, contract manufacturing, co-packing, warehousing and third party logistics, and related specialized equipment contracts, can be challenging to navigate for a new small-scale manufacturer. An experienced business and commercial attorney will give an introduction to the different contract types to help you get started, and share tips about how to manage risky contract terms and create negotiating leverage when you are a small fish in a big commercial supply chain system. This class does not constitute legal advice. Presented by the San Francisco Community Business Law Center.
