In this class, you will learn about different financial analysis methods, how to analyze your profit and loss report, as well as, how budgeting, statement of cash flows, and cash flow forecasting can be used to track and project future monthly cash needs. Use these reports to identify areas where you can increase your profits and business performance, and improve your cash flow management skills. Topics include trend analysis, budget development, budget variance analysis, statement of cash flows analysis, cash flow forecast development, and more. Participants should have completed Basic Bookkeeping, Part One, or be familiar with the concepts covered in that seminar. $40 registration fee. Presented by the SF SBDC.
