WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 14  | 7:30 PM

Join Sommelier Caleb Ganzer as he pairs some of the finest Piedmontese wines with a five-course feast featuring sumptuous white truffles at the peak of their short season prepared by Chef Laurent Kalkotour and Pastry Chef Ashley Brauze. Indulge your senses in the flavors and aromas of this wild delicacy. Menu highlights include. Milk-Fed Veal Medallion "Rossini," Winter Vegetable Cocotte and Natural Jus paired with rare gems such as Barbaresco, Roagna, "Crichet Paje" 2002 and Barolo, Rocche dei Manzoni, "Vigna Cappella S. Stefano di Perno" 1996.
