¿Eres emprendedor? Desafía tus hipótesis, descubre lo que quieren tus clientes y valida tu producto con el programa NEXT de Customer Discovery.

La Unitat d'Innovació-UPF Business Shuttle de la Universitat Pompeu Fabra e Ynicia organizan conjuntamente una nueva edición de este programa en Barcelona: una gran oportunidad para emprendedores con proyectos en fases iniciales, ahora en condiciones muy ventajosas para miembros de la Comunidad UPF.

Basado en la internacionalmente reconocida metodología de Steve Blank, NEXT combina sesiones presenciales, formación on-line, mentoring y trabajo de campo (entrevistas con potenciales clientes). 

El instructor (acreditado en exclusiva para impartir NEXT en Barcelona) es Javier de la Ossa, socio en Ynicia, especialista en Business Models, emprendedor, formador y asesor de emprendedores con más de 15 años de experiencia en el sector.

El calendario del curso es el siguiente:

  • 18 de abril, 17:30 - 20:30. Sesión 1 - Kick off

Bienvenida. Explicación metodología Customer Discovery. Introducción a la plataforma Lean Launch Pad Central. Presentaciones de los equipos participantes. Critical feedback. Peer review & networking.

  • 25 de abril, 17:30 - 20:30.  Sesión 2

Goal mapping. Ejercicio sobre Business Model Canvas: Propuesta de Valor. Presentaciones de los equipos participantes. Critical feedback. Peer review & networking.

  •  2 de mayo, 17:30 - 20:30. Sesión 3

Ejercicio sobre Business Model Canvas: Segmentos de Clientes. Presentaciones de los equipos participantes. Critical feedback. Peer review & networking.

  • 9 de mayo, 17:30 - 20:30. Sesión 4

Ejercicio sobre Business Model Canvas: Canales y Modelo de Ingresos. Presentaciones de los equipos participantes. Critical feedback. Peer review & networking.

  • 16 de mayo, 17:30 - 20:30. Sesión 5 - Clausura

Revisión del goal mapping. Presentaciones "NEXT step" de los equipos participantes. Critical feedback de organizadores y mentores. Conclusiones y cierre.


Las sesiones tendrán lugar en el Campus de la Ciutadella (C/Ramón Trias fargas, 25-27, 08005 Barcelona).

La formación on-line, el mentoring y el trabajo de campo se realizan en paralelo a las sesiones presenciales, con un mentor específicamente asignado a cada proyecto y con el seguimiento y apoyo del equipo coordinador y del instructor del programa.

Early stage entrepreneurs often become infatuated with their product -- building something to solve a problem they think (or sometimes hope) people actually have. But the reality is that there is nothing more powerful for an entrepreneur than building a product that solves a real problem for a customer. Its only by structured customer discovery that you'll learn what your customers need solved, how to solve it easier, cheaper or faster, and what you can get paid for. It seems so simple, but it's really not that obvious to most first-time (or even multi-time) entrepreneurs.

With NEXT you'll put down your product and pick up a notebook to start speaking with your potential customers -- actual businesses and users. Expect to interview over 50 prospective customers during NEXT and get extensive feedback from experienced entrepreneurs in your local community. You'll be a part of a cohort of other entrepreneurs as well as mentors and coaches to help you even after the course is complete.

And most importantly, you'll finish NEXT with an answer to the question: "Why Should I Build This Product?" NEXT helps you to break down your assumptions, fail fast and get laser focused on building something your customers will love. Come out more prepared to speak about your company, to deal with feedback and to answer the tough questions from potential employees, partners and investors. All in all, you'll be more prepared to succeed -- and that's what NEXT is about: "Getting you ready for whatever's NEXT."
