Balsamic Vinegar 101: Tasting, History & Production

Join us as we take you through the history, production and a guided tasting of the world's finest aged Balsamic Vinegars from Modena, Italy. We pair each of our exquisite balsamics with a salad, cheeses and a fruit dessert along with artisan breads. We will also sample on our 50 year aged Traditional Balsamic Vinegar! Wine and water is also served. After the class we will open up the shop for your very own personal tasting tour!
A few reminders about reservations. Each class is $29.99 plus fees & taxes. Once you have purchased a ticket, an email reminder will be sent to you which you should bring with you to class. All purchases are final and we are unable to issue any refunds. We look forward to seeing you!
