With 50% of our employees distressed or depressed, the cost to buisness productivity is immeasurable. $300 billion a year is estimate the American Psychological Assocation puts on the loss of productivity, absenteeism, turnover, and increased meical costs caused by stress at work. According to USA Today, distress over financial matters is contributing to irritability, anger, fatigue, and sleeplessness for over 52% of Americans.

About the Speaker
Kathey Batey of SP brings business training, keynote speeches and workshops to life using dramatic illustrations. An author, speaker and facilitator who creatively shows audiences new perspectives and solutions.
Monthly topic-specific workshops. Cost: Free to GROW clients that have attended Intro to GROW & current AWE Members, $10 General Public. $20 for late registration and paying at the door.
Free parking for GROW classes is available in the YWCA lot, located on corner of Weston St SE and South Division. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Enter the lot through the yellow gate on Weston St SE and ring the buzzer to for entry. On your way out of the building, you will need to note the parking code on the back door, which is required to exit the lot.
