Stress is the number one cause for loss of productivity in the workforce. With 50% of our employees distressed or depressed, the cost to buisness productivity is immeasurable. $300 billion a year is estimate the American Psychological Assocation puts on the loss of productivity, absenteeism, turnover, and increased meical costs caused by stress at work. According to USA Today, distress over financial matters is contributing to irritability, anger, fatigue, and sleeplessness for over 52% of Americans.

The good news is that employers can be part of the solution by helping employees deal with the stressors in their job and life to create a competitive, productive, customer-pleasing workforce. You can learn how to empower and strengthen your staff with "Balance, Boundaries, & Buoyancy!"
