A high-intensity class designed to push your limits and take your fitness to the next level. You don't need to be an athlete to take this class— you just need the desire to build lean, proportioned muscles using techniques often incorporated into the training routines of the world's top athletes. Balance BootCamp combines elements of sports conditioning and BootCamp into an hour-long fitness class that's high-intensity and incorporates functionally diverse movements. And best of all, it's a fun class!
