About the Chefs:
Azalina Eusope grew up in Penang, Malaysia and is a trained pastry chef who worked in Singapore, Japan, and several other countries before moving to the United States.While living in San Francisco, she missed all the tongue-tingling Malaysian food she grew up with, so she decided to formally set up her own food business. Today, you can find her packaged products at Whole Foods, the Bi Rite Market, at the La Cocina Kiosk in the Ferry Building.
Binita Pradhan is a native of Kathmandu, Nepal and is an Executive Chef by training. She brings years of experience working in the Nepali Food Industry to her own business, which is the sole Nepalese catering company in San Francisco.
