If you are interested in being a vendor for our event, we will be hosting a Vendors Meeting on Monday, August 5th at 10:00am at Exchange Park Recreation Center (2771 Columbia Drive, Decatur, GA 30034). You can make your payment for your table at the meeting. We will accept cash, money order, and check. $65 for non-food vendors and $125 for food vendors.
Come out and join us as we celebrate a brand new school year! Join us at the Third Annual Back to School Jamboree, taking place at Exchange Park Recreation Center on Saturday, August 10, 2013 from 2pm-6pm. This event is hosted by the men of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Kappa Alpha Sigma Chapter; F&M Educational Foundation; the staff of Exchange Park Recreation Center; Exchange Park Recreation Center Booster Club; and Guru of Abs!
We will be hosting a free health fair for students and parents to get health screenings and physicals, free haircuts, and a free college fair for our high school students featuring schools from the Southeast. We will also have a scholarship resource table from numerous organizations and Kaplan Testing Center representatives to assist in SAT/ACT preparation. We will have games, music, food, free book bags and school supplies and so much more!
Please make sure to reserve your ticket for your student(s) in order to receive a book bag with school supplies. Make sure that you reserve your ticket in the correct ticket area (Elementary, Middle, or High). You and your student must be in attendance to the event and present your ticket confirmation in order to receive the book bag with school supplies. The final date to reserve your book bag with school supplies is Friday, August 2, 2013 by 11:59PM.
If you are a vendor and you wish to sell any products to our guests, you can purchase a table under the ticket section on this page. The vendor fee for all non-food vendors is $65.00 plus the Eventbrite surcharges. The vendor fee for all food vendors is $125.00 plus the Eventbrite surcharges. The final date to purchase a vendor table is Friday, August 2, 2013 by 11:59PM.
