Please join us for the 2nd Annual Baby Buggy Walk in the Park and NEW 5K walk/run, as we celebrate our babies and encourage families to have healthy pregnancies in observance of Prematurity Awareness Month. Kicking off the event will be a pregnancy and infant loss remembrance, followed by an option for a 5K walk/run or free 1-mile walk around the park, health expo, health screenings, educational booths, FUN ZONE, and family fitness activities along with healthy snacks.
5K - Walk/Run - Help raise funds to fight pregnancy and infant loss! 5K Walkers/Runners get an event T-Shirt and raffle ticket with their paid registration. Pre-Registration ends on October 26th Extended to November 2nd!. Onsite registration will be accepted at the event (cash or check only), but we cannot guarantee a T-shirt will be available.
Free 1-Mile Stroll - Includes a free raffle ticket. Event T-Shirts will be available on a first come, first served basis on the day of the event. Online registration appreciated but not required.

Donations of diapers and wipes will be collected to benefit the Healthy Family Network agencies working with expectant and new parents in San Antonio.

Healthy Families Network
The Healthy Families Network is a coalition led by San Antonio Healthy Start, a program of the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District. The mission of the Network is to strengthen community partnerships and linkages to reduce infant mortality and increase successful birth outcomes in San Antonio and greater Bexar County. The Network meets monthly, and our members represent organizations, advocates, volunteers and committed San Antonio residents with a passion for healthy babies.
