About the class

In this experiential and transformative seminar learn how to use the amazing tool of mindfulness and create less with more. Carley Hauck is President of Intuitive Wellness and works as a life coach and wellness consultant with individuals and organizations. She has worked with organizations such as LinkedIn, Littler Mendelson, and Pixar to help individuals and companies achieve healthier, happier, and more fufilling and productive lives.

 

This class will develop the tools of self awareness, emotional intelligence, compassion, and attention.

 

In this seminar you will learn the following:

 

- What mindful awareness is and what it is not
- How to develop attention for what matters most
- Learn the pillars of emotional intelligence (perceiving, reasoning, understanding, and managing our emotions)
- Lastly, develop tools in mindfulness so that you can be more productive by doing less.

About Carley Hauck

Carley is the President of Intuitive Wellness and works as an integrative life coach and wellness consultant with individuals and organizations.  She holds a Masters Degree in health psychology and has backgrounds in yoga, meditation, coaching, nutrition, and psychotherapy. Carley teaches mindfulness as the first step to wellness.  Carley is the lead mindfulness consultant for ongoing research at UCSF's Osher Center for Integrative Medicine observing the long term benefits of mindfulness on weight loss and stress reduction.  Carley has worked with LinkedIn, Littler Mendelson, Pixar, etc to create healthier work life balance.
